Next Growth is a Strategic Consulting Company founded by Victor Massiah, joined by two other partners: Marco Bressa and Flavio Pizzini. Simona De Rossi holds the position of President.
The company’s name is intended to be an effective synthesis of a vision the partners have developed over their decades-long professional careers. Although all three have successfully completed several cost-cutting projects, they have increasingly come to believe that, as important as these projects are, they play a secondary strategic role compared to projects aimed at identifying additional sources of revenue growth in a variety of ways:

entry into new markets
