About Us

Next Growth is a consulting firm founded in 2023 by three senior partners with complementary backgrounds and a well-established network. It aims to help businesses, especially small and medium-sized ones, that want to grow in a balanced way, with an approach that starts from a deep understanding of their history and structure.

Next Growth differentiates itself from large consulting firms and investment banks through its complete independence and a collaborative approach based on jointly analyzing the client company’s history, strengths, and organizational structure. This process is complemented by in-depth sector analysis, supported by industry experts, to assess competition and emerging trends.

Next Growth works directly with business owners and senior management, fostering a collaborative relationship that enables the joint development of strategic thinking and its subsequent operational implementation.

On this foundation, Next Growth often shares the risk of the projects it undertakes, linking a significant portion of its compensation to the results achieved.

Our vision

Next Growth’s Vision is:

“We support businesses and entrepreneurs who play a significant role in their economic and social communities by identifying sustainable innovative solutions together with them”

We deeply believe in “the importance of what our clients do to promote the improvement of living conditions for their customers, employees, and suppliers, and for” their contribution to the sustainability of our planet.

We want to accompany them in managing processes of profound business transformation, when the market, changing environmental conditions, or the passage of time require radical rethinking of corporate structures and strategies.

We care about respecting the “personality” and history of our clients as well as the unique conditions that have shaped their development, and we aim to understand them to put ourselves in the best position for empathy, while still striving to stimulate discussion and lateral thinking.

How we work

Next Growth operates through the direct involvement of its Partners who offer their expertise and business sensitivity, drawing on a network of professionals and expert consultants as needed.

Our way of working is based on listening and on-the-ground commitment through a dialectical yet pragmatic approach, to help Ownership and/or Senior Management make decisions by analyzing data and facts, and proposing motivated solutions.

We rely heavily on involving the company team, while respecting the confidentiality of the assignments received, because we believe in “the importance of listening to the voice of those who” work in the company and to facilitate the management of change that strategic decisions impose.

We assist our clients in negotiating with third parties, where necessary, with the intent to leverage our skills and experiences in this area, but also recognizing the importance of the role of an “external” negotiator who, in total harmony with the directly interested party, can “protect” the latter and exploit greater freedom of exposure to the counterparty.
